Another BBQ

Ok, Jen made a huge deal that we need to be at her friend's boyfriend's birthday BBQ at 2:00pm. When I called her at 2:01 she said that she wants to take a nap and a shower. Roughly translated to me getting screwed out of another bbq. This sucks since I really like them. Today would be the third time we went to a bbq at one of her friends; however there is a combined total of 11 hours late and counting. It is 4:40pm and I still haven't heard from her. As usual we will arrive there; there will be some cold food nobody has thought to eat yet. But this time I have learned my lesson, I got lunch. I am not going to wait until 6:00 pm to get something to eat, just to have it cold, but I am so hungry that is ok. Also Jen left here at 11:00 am, what was she doing in the 3 hours she went home to get ready? Beats the hell out of me. But I wait. That is what I am good at.

Damn it I lost a bunch of this post thanks to ITUNES

So let me recap. It is now 7:10 and Jen is 5hrs and 10 minutes late. She called at 5:40 and told me that she just woke up and was taking a shower. She told me at 7:00 pm that she just got out of the shower and she is now getting ready. WTF!
This brings the total late time to her friend's bbq at 12 hours. 12 Hours, half a day. There better be some food there I am starving.

I think I will save it this time.
